Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a driven Engineering Intern / Aerospace Technician for our Folsom, CA facility. The role targets a BS candidate in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, with full-time work during academic breaks and a reduced schedule during the school year to support ongoing development.

Ideal applicants show safety discipline, experience in high‑reliability environments, and the ability to follow detailed engineering drawings and procedures, with exposure to CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance is required or preferred.
• Currently enrolled in/ac cepted to a BS program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience in high-reliability, safety‑critical operations is valued.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design-to-fabrication workflows for aerospace components.
• Support fabrication, assembly, and integration of prototype hardware.
• Contribute to CAD modeling, tolerance review, and documentation.
• Maintain safety and quality checks on parts and assemblies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet program milestones.
