Job summary

RH Aero Systems in Mason, OH is seeking a Technical Program Specialist to support global programs across the product life cycle, from development to aftermarket services.

Qualifications

• College degree in technical, business analytics, or related field, or 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/sourcing/order fulfillment is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance trends of technical issue resolution processes.
• Represent RH Aero in OEM issue resolution processes (SPR/CPR/SCQ).
• Analyze issues using tracking tools and reports.
• Collaborate with OEM engineering and program management communities.
• Lead TPM efforts to drive improvements and satisfy customer needs.
• Coordinate TPM reviews, CE/CA certification data, and ERP inputs.
