Job summary

RH Aero Systems in Mason, Ohio is seeking a Program Manager to support the development and execution of the GE Aerospace engine tooling program. This role partners with sales, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to understand program operations and drive growth and profitability across the tooling portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build program plans, monitor financials, forecast demand, and manage end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch, while maintaining relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in programming management, product strategy, or business development in aerospace.
• Strong analytical, statistical and financial acumen; market analysis experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy for the program aligned with profitability targets.
• Create program plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer support to execute strategy.
• Monitor program financials: market share, costs, revenue, profitability.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to product launch.
• Gather and interpret customer and market feedback to inform tooling portfolio.
