Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston is seeking a Technical Learning Advisor (TLA) to ensure classroom training for employees and drive competence development in alignment with regulatory requirements (FAA, TCCA, EASA, etc.). The role collaborates with production to maintain up-to-date systems and qualifications within the POA framework.

The TLA will manage competency gaps, support learning management systems, and help coordinate training plans, KPIs, and recertification for production staff in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and manufacturing industry experience.
• 3 years of training experience in a manufacturing environment or 4 years of progressive manufacturing industry experience supporting the development of others.
• Intermediate presentation and facilitation skills including verbal communication, listening and managing group dynamics.
• Intermediate level skills in Excel/sheets and Powerpoint/slides required
• Experience with learning management systems (Cornerstone and SuccessFactors) preferred.
• Experience as a training coordinator strongly preferred
• Experience in aerospace advanced manufacturing strongly preferred
