Job summary

Liebherr Aerospace Saline, Inc. seeks a Training Program Specialist (Facilitator) to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive aerospace training programs aligned with FAA, EASA, AS9100 and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Engineering, Aviation, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, quality, aerospace manufacturing, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and manage structured instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training programs.
• Create standardized training materials, presentations, job instructions (JIs), assessments, and competency evaluations.
• Partner with Repair Shop, Engineering, OEMs, and Liebherr network to build specialized training plans.
• Coordinate and manage training personnel and on-the-job training (OJT) mentors.
• Ensure all training programs and records adhere to AS9100, FAA, EASA, and EHS standards.
• Audit trainer scans, OJT records, and qualification logs for compliance.
