Job summary

GracoRoberts, a leading specialty chemicals distributor serving the aerospace market, is hiring a Technical Account Manager to grow and support customer relationships across Southern California. Territory includes Los Angeles, with potential coverage of San Bernardino and North Orange County.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, plus stipends for car and phone and a corporate card. Travel is expected up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Proven technical sales or account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude with ability to learn complex products.
• Aerospace/composites or defense industry experience preferred.
• Hunter mentality who's not afraid to cold call.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across aerospace, electronics, and military customers.
• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of accounts.
• Use a consultative, solution-selling approach to deliver technical value.
