Job summary

Amazon Leo in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to own the complete recruitment journey across engineering and operations. You will collaborate with hiring managers, sourcers, and coordinators to fill critical roles, from intake and sourcing to offers and onboarding.

The role emphasizes inclusive hiring, data-driven recruiting, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and scale. A fast-paced environment and cross-functional teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience required.
• 4+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting, full life cycle.
• Experience building and using sourcing plans and tools.
• Experience with ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions from intake to close.
• Source and engage candidates using multiple channels and referrals.
• Conduct pre-screening conversations to assess alignment and compensation expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Maintain pipeline health and provide weekly funnel metrics.
• Represent Amazon in recruiting events to build brand awareness.
