Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Bellevue, WA. You will own the recruitment journey from intake to close, partnering with hiring managers and sourcers to fill critical technical and non-technical roles across Leo's engineering and operations organizations.

You will source, engage, and screen candidates using diverse channels, coach candidates on interviews, and maintain data integrity across recruiting systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting with full lifecycle experience.
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
• Experience with contact management system/ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
• Source and engage candidates using multiple channels to build high-quality, diverse pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles and strategies.
• Drive positive candidate experiences with clear communication and timely feedback loops.
• Track pipeline metrics and identify blockers to improve team efficiency and scale.
