Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team supporting Leo Hardware Engineering roles. You will own the complete recruitment journey—from discovery and engagement to closing offers and welcoming new teammates—driving inclusion and excellence across engineering and operations.

You will partner with hiring managers, sourcers, and coordinators to fill critical technical and non-technical roles, leverage AI tools, and contribute to workforce planning and brand

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting with full lifecycle experience.
• Experience with multiple sourcing plans and proactive research.
• Experience with contact management system/ATS for sourcing and tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
• Source and engage candidates using internal and external tools, search techniques, and multiple channels to build pipelines.
• Conduct pre-screening conversations to assess skill alignment, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Drive positive candidate experiences and maintain timely feedback loops.
• Manage a pipeline of 15–25+ active requisitions across multiple job families and levels.
