Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for Leo’s engineering and operations teams. You will manage 15–25+ requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and drive diverse candidate pipelines using multiple channels.

You will conduct pre-screenings, coach on behavioral interviews, and leverage AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening and reporting. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent Amazon experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience building sourcing plans and using multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
• Source and engage candidates across channels to build pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Drive candidate experience and provide timely feedback.
• Manage 15–25+ active requisitions across job families.
