Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a Talent Advisor to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will partner with hiring managers, build university and referral networks, review applications, and screen for technical competence and fit.

You will ensure compliance, drive timely fills, and participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives while working remotely within driving distance of Mexicali, with travel to the site as needed.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Advanced English communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing HR systems including Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters, etc.
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Acts as SME in the hiring process, liaising between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Proactively develop strategic relationships with universities, technical organizations, and referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to create a shortlist for the hiring manager.
• Interview and screen applicants for technical competence, background and fit.
• Make employment recommendations based on interview data and past records.
• Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of hiring.
• Establish cadence reviews with hiring managers for timely responses.
• May participate on project teams impacting Talent Acquisition.
• Work remotely while remaining within driving distance of Mexicali plant and travel to site as needed.
