Job summary

Collins Aerospace, RTX business, seeks a Senior Analyst, Learning and Development Administrator, to oversee course offerings, support customers, and manage learning operations. This remote role requires PR residency with periodic onsite visits, and involves coordinating with Finance, customers, and multiple RTX entities.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service to learners.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

The Global Engineering Center at Collins Aerospace is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Technical University team. This role, reporting to Collins Aerospace, offers the unique opportunity to collaborate not only within Collins but also across RTX Corporate, Raytheon, and Pratt & Whitney. As a Senior Analyst, Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and creating course offerings, supporting customers, and contributing to various aspects of our learning operations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, adept at managing multiple priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a remote role; however, candidates must be residents of Puerto Rico. Monthly onsite visits, or visits as needed, are expected.

What YOU will do:

• Monitoring and managing the training email inbox to address inquiries and requests.

• Responsible for coordination and overseeing of administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines while also liaising between project management and planning and line management.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Monitors and assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Participates in the coordination, preparation and maintenance of project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to ensure that all action item lists are completed, and project quality expectations are met.
