Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or staffing experience; aerospace/manufacturing recruiting desirable.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with excellent communication; proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment requisitions from opening through offer; post requisitions on job boards.
• Monitor applicant flow and move candidates through hiring process.
• Maintain candidate records in Workday and provide status updates.
• Schedule interviews and manage logistics to ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Develop talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for production and operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers; provide timely feedback and drive recruitment actions.
