Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month temporary assignment in Hawthorne, CA, onsite only. You will schedule all onsite interviews, coordinate candidate travel, host candidates, and support the recruiting team to create a seamless interview day.

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ months in recruiting or HR, plus familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS, MS Outlook/Microsoft Office, and strong communication and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 6+ months of professional experience in recruiting, HR, marketing, or technology.
• Experience as a recruiting coordinator.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite interviews.
• Coordinate candidate travel.
• Host candidates and manage day-of onsite logistics.
• Support the talent operations team on special projects.
• Ensure candidates have a positive interview experience.
• Learn about SpaceX programs to speak intelligently with candidates.
