Job summary

Ursa Major, based in Berthoud, Colorado, seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to streamline interview processes and candidate communications. You’ll coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, manage calendars across multiple time zones, and act as the main contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2+ years in recruiting coordination or related roles, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Greenhouse, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, admin, or customer-facing roles.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Capable of independent work and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across functions and locations.
• Manage complex interview schedules balancing interviewer availability and candidate experience.
• Be primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with TA Partners, hiring managers, HR, and admin teams to drive recruiting activities.
• Prepare interview agendas, candidate packets, and onsite logistics.
• Arrange candidate travel when applicable.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and metrics in Greenhouse ATS.
• Support recruiting reporting, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate recruiting events like career fairs and university visits.
• Help maintain recruiting documentation and SOPs.
• Support employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives.
• Assist continuous improvement to recruiting efficiency and experience.
