Blue Origin is seeking early career engineers to join Direct Hire or the New Graduate Rotation Program. Roles will place you with engineering teams across Our business units, with a one-year rotation and mentorship to broaden your engineering skillset.

Primary locations include Kent, WA; Denver, CO; Reston, VA; Cape Canaveral, FL. As an Aerospace Systems Engineer, you will design and engineer systems infrastructure, including hardware, software, and configurations, while collaborating to improve

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or related field.
• Recent graduate able to start Fall 2027.
• Experience in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering on complex systems.
• Internship/co-op showing technical and leadership development.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on rapid development programs.
• Self-driven with initiative to seek out requirements with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Define system definitions and interfaces; drive test and integration.
• Lead gated reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) on system readiness and status of deliverables.
• Own verification planning and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).
• Develop interfaces via ICDs and drawings.
• Support overall system engineering across hardware, software, and configurations.
