Job summary

Blue Origin is hiring early career engineers to work on mechanical and propulsion systems across our programs. You’ll rotate through teams to gain hands-on experience, pairing with mentors to deliver safe, reliable spacecraft hardware and systems.

Roles are based in Seattle and other primary sites. Benefiting from two pathways – Direct Hire and a one-year New Graduate Rotation – you’ll contribute to designs, tests and performance modeling while building a foundation for a long-term aerospace

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or related field.
• Recent graduates able to start Fall 2027.
• Fundamentals of design, material selection and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze and test mechanical systems and structures across projects.
• Contribute to system performance modeling and design iterations.
• Assist in assembly and test of hardware and data analysis.
• Support design changes to improve reliability and reduce costs.
