Job summary

RTX’s internship and co-op program in Cedar Rapids invites you to join a team of Systems and Software engineers to design, develop, and test flight management software for military helicopters and planes.

You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering and will gain hands-on experience with C, C++, ADA, and/or Python while collaborating with internal and external customers. Relocation eligibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience with C, C++, ADA, and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team of Systems and Software engineers to design, develop, and test software features for flight management systems that are integrated into military helicopters and planes
• Integrate soft skills (leadership, communication, coordination, proactiveness) into a dynamic environment that provides quality and timely products to internal and external customers.
