Job summary

Timken is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to lead SIOP activities, build SNP models, and coordinate cross-plant planning. The role requires strong analytical abilities, SAP expertise, and a track record in improving lead times and inventory efficiency.

With a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience, you will drive continuous improvement in a global manufacturing environment, collaborating with plants and customer service to optimize schedules and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business or similar.
• 4+ years of related experience required.
• Experience with SAP MRP, BOMs and routings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SIOP process, including data extraction and planning.
• Build and validate the supply chain model in SNP.
• Investigate SNP data transfer issues.
• Develop 18-month capacity and 6-month planning dashboards.
• Resolve supply-based constraints with plants and customer service.
