Timken in Canton, OH is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to manage SNP/SIOP processes and 18‑month capacity planning. You will build and validate supply plans, work with plants, and drive improvements in lead times and service levels.

Requirements include 4+ years in supply planning, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical skills. SAP SNP, MRP and Excel proficiency are preferred. This is a growth‑oriented role in a global manufacturing leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in supply planning.
• Experience with SNP, SIOP processes preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead SNP/SIOP process across plants.
• Create and validate supply plans and data.
• Coordinate with master schedulers and plants.
• Analyze OTD, SIR, PD, SA metrics.
• Drive cost reductions and lead time improvements.
