Responsibilities

  • Support daily supply chain execution and delivery assurance activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, buyers, and customer stakeholders to obtain critical project information.
  • Monitor supplier commitments, production schedules, delivery plans, and recovery actions.
  • Track and follow up on risks, issues, constraints, and escalation items to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist project leaders and program managers with administrative and execution-related activities.
  • Maintain project trackers, supplier databases, action-item logs, and delivery status records.
  • Ensure all project information is accurate, complete, and updated according to reporting requirements.
  • Audit data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Consolidate information from multiple sources into standardized reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain project documentation and records in compliance with customer requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports.
  • Track key metrics such as on-time delivery, supplier performance, open commitments, recovery plan status, quality performance, and action-item closure rates.
  • Analyze trends and identify potential risks related to schedule, capacity, and delivery performance.
  • Support weekly and monthly project review meetings through accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Serve as a communication link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate status meetings and document action items for follow-up and closure.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding project progress and supplier performance.
  • Escalate critical concerns to project leadership when required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational visibility.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.
  • Assist with dashboard enhancements and KPI automation activities.
