Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years progressive supply chain experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, FAA/EASA regulations and aerospace compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for cost-effective procurement.
• Drive on-time delivery performance across the supplier base.
• Lead supplier quality, audits, PPAP/FAI, and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Negotiate long-term supplier agreements, pricing, and terms.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality to align requirements.
