Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8+ years of aerospace supply chain experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, FAA/EASA regulations and aerospace compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement, Delivery Assurance, and Supplier Quality functions to optimize material flow.
• Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate long-term supplier agreements.
• Drive on-time delivery through planning, monitoring, and escalation processes.
• Lead supplier quality activities including audits, PPAP/FAI, SCARs and root-cause analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma and other best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet program requirements.
