Archer is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive supplier execution across the end-to-end chain. You will own performance from PO release to delivery, develop recovery plans for delays, and lead cross-functional partnerships to align supply with demand.

The role requires 7+ years in supply chain or supplier management, a related bachelor's degree, and experience with PPV/KPIs. Aerospace/auto experience is a plus; travel about 10% is expected.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of supply chain, supplier management, or operations experience.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive is a plus.

• Own day-to-day supplier execution performance from PO release through delivery.
• Lead recovery actions for delayed or at-risk parts to minimize impact.
• Analyze lead times and capacity; drive improvement plans.
• Track and report KPIs (OTD, lead time, PPV) with actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, planning, engineering, and quality.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers.
