Job summary

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, CA, seeking a Supply Planner to manage the material schedule and ensure supply aligns with the business plan. You will forecast material availability, report on spend and PPV, and create what-if scenarios to support strategic planning.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of MRP/ERP/MES experience; APICS certification and SAP knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or Operations.
• 6+ years of experience managing MRP schedules in ERP/MES environments.
• Familiar with ERP, MRP, MES systems management and capacity planning.
• APICS certification is a plus; SAP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage, review, and maintain the Material schedule per the business plan.
• Forecast and report material availability (Raw, WIP, Finished goods).
• Forecast spend and PPV; analyze what-if scenarios for planning.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent production disruption.
• Lead cross-functional communication to support the supply plan.
• Ensure demand, supply, and inventory align with the business plan.
• Collaborate with departments to improve internal processes.
