Job summary

RTX in Georgia is seeking motivated students for a Columbus Engine Center role focused on supply chain and operations. You will work onsite at the Pratt & Whitney engine MRO site, contributing to production planning, logistics and continuous improvement.

The program favors candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and may include prior RTX internship or co-op experience. Availability Spring or Summer 2027 is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree studying Supply Chain Discipline or a related field.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and solve production issues with internal suppliers to align with gated deliveries.
• Develop processes, systems, and KPIs to be used by shop logistics and materials teams.
• Seek opportunities to reduce costs, control inventory, and increase efficiency.
• Identifies and manages risk utilizing lean tools to propose risk management solutions.
• Provide analysis and develop recommendations for corrective actions due to process failures.
• Availability Spring or Summer 2027.
