Job summary

RTX offers internship, co-op, and entry-level opportunities in East Hartford, CT, focusing on Integrated Business Planning for aerospace and defense programs. You will work on Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory and Capacity planning, and engine/module assembly forecasting.

This role provides hands-on experience on the shop floor and real-world impact through meaningful projects. Requires a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, with at least 30 credit hours completed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with active enrollment through internship.
• Must have a minimum of 30 credit hours prior to starting the internship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with Demand, Supply, Inventory, Capacity planning, and Engine & Module assembly.
• Assist with material requirements forecasting for production and spare parts.
• Contribute to on-time engine delivery and continuous improvement of planning workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in office and on the shop floor to support operations.
• Engage in meaningful projects for real-world impact and career development.
