Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain in Northeastern Mississippi to own sourcing, procurement, supplier performance, materials planning, inventory, and logistics. The role targets a senior leader ready for broader executive responsibility within aerospace and defense manufacturing.

Responsibilities include leading strategy for production schedules, negotiating supplier agreements, and driving cost and performance improvements across a complex supplier network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, materials, or operations.
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.
• Senior leadership responsibility across procurement, supplier management, materials planning, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and execution around production schedules, program requirements, and customer commitments.
• Negotiate supplier agreements covering pricing, lead times, capacity, quality, and delivery.
• Improve supplier performance and address shortages, sole-source exposure, and constrained capacity.
• Strengthen materials planning and inventory management while improving cost performance and working capital.
• Develop the supply chain team and establish clear priorities, accountability, and performance measures.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Finance, and executive leadership.
