Job summary

The role involves cross‑functional coordination with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and suppliers to keep materials and schedules moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in production planning and strong Excel and data entry skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or related manufacturing support.
• Experience coordinating material flow, production schedules, inventory or work orders.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge (Six Sigma/Kaizen) preferred.
• ISO/AS9100 familiarity preferred.
• Strong Excel, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager with supply chain and logistics activities.
• Coordinate procurement, planning, inventory control, outsourcing and distribution.
• Maintain and track production schedules and material flow across departments.
• Monitor progress of work orders and RMAs to meet deadlines.
• Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.
