Job summary

DZYNE Technologies in Irvine, CA is seeking a Program Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee program-level demand, material readiness, and execution within a dynamic UAV production environment.

You will collaborate daily with Program Management, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality to align the build plan with supplier performance and capacity, ensuring on-time deliveries and program success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Program Supply Chain or related roles in aerospace/defense or complex manufacturing.
• Strong competency in MRP, demand management, capacity planning, and supplier performance management.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the program-level supply chain demand plan, ensuring material, supplier, and internal capacity needs are visible and managed.
• Translate program schedules and engineering releases into actionable material and supply chain requirements.
• Maintain a consolidated view of program priorities and align daily/weekly actions with the critical path.
• Drive end-to-end material readiness for builds, flight tests, and deliveries, and lead recovery plans to protect milestones.
• Identify capacity gaps and collaborate on solutions, trade-offs, and escalation paths.
• Partner with Program Management, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality on schedule risk and updates.
• Build and sustain program supply chain dashboards and drive root-cause analysis for misses.
