Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense, part of CIRCOR International, Inc., is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager based in Corona, CA. You will lead supplier quality, supplier development, and risk management, partnering with Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, Production and other Quality functions to ensure requirements are clearly defined, executed by suppliers, and verified with independence.

You will oversee supplier qualification, supplier performance improvement initiatives, PFMEA, and quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of aerospace quality and manufacturing experience with 4+ years in supervision.
• Bachelor or Diploma in engineering with 5–7 (BE) or 7–10 (Diploma) years in supplier quality / strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality strategy and supplier development programs.
• Oversee supplier qualification, performance improvement, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, Production and other Quality teams.
• Drive process capability improvements and control plans.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Travel to supplier facilities up to 50%, including extended stays.
