Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager in Corona, CA to establish and execute a comprehensive quality strategy for supplier quality, development, and risk management. You will oversee qualification, performance improvement initiatives, and process validation while coordinating with Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams.

Travel up to 50% may be required; experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110, Nadcap is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in aerospace quality and manufacturing, including at least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in engineering (BE) in Mechanical / Production / Industrial with related supplier quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the supplier quality management process and lead supplier quality engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Interface with suppliers and customers on supplier quality and delivery issues and activities.
• Travel to supplier facilities up to 50% as needed, including extended stays.
• Drive supplier process capability improvements through variation reduction and statistical methods.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions to ensure quality systems compliance (ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110, Nadcap).
