Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, aerospace or related field) with 4-7 years of related experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GD&T and technical documentation/Writing.
• Experience with CNC machining and composite applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• 3D CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and supplier teams to ensure procurements meet requirements and NGAS policies.
• Manage waivers, deviations and discrepancy reporting through tool deviation and QA processes.
• Evaluate non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate source inspection with customers as required.
• Verify End Item Data Packages and CoCs before shipment.
• Use supplier performance data to assess capability.
