Job summary

Blue Origin's Space Coast operations in Florida is seeking a Structures Technician to fabricate, assemble, and align aerospace structures from engineering drawings. You will work with aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and composites, maintain 5S workspace, and ensure tight tolerances for flight and non-flight hardware.

Ideal candidates interpret drawings, use precision tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable safe, reliable spaceflight and timely production milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or related field.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience using precision calibration/measurement tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and align structural aerospace components per instructions.
• Drill precision holes with power feed/track/hand drills maintaining tolerances.
• Prepare surfaces for assembly; apply sealants, paints, primers.
• Fixture components using jigs and tooling to ensure alignment.
• Operate measurement devices to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Document work and communicate with engineering/quality teams.
