Blue Origin is seeking a Structures Technician to fabricate, assemble, and align large aerospace components. You will work from engineering drawings to build, modify, and assemble tight-tolerance structures for flight and non-flight hardware.

Responsibilities include drilling, surface preparation, fixturing, and using calibrated tools to ensure quality and safety. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and documentation of work are required.

Competenze

• Ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with precision calibration and measurement tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Familiarity with adhesives, sealants, fasteners, and 5S principles.

• Fabricate, assemble, and align structural aerospace components per instructions.
• Drill precision holes with various drills maintaining tolerances.
• Prepare and treat surfaces for finishing and assembly.
• Fixture components using jigs and tooling for accurate alignment.
