Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Structures Technician in Titusville, Florida, to work on the fabrication and assembly of aerospace structures. This position requires experience in aerospace manufacturing, precision measurement, and engineering interpretation. The technician will support the production lifecycle by fabricating, assembling, and aligning components while ensuring quality standards. A trade school training or relevant technical degree is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience as Technician Level I; 3+ for Level II; 5+ for Level III Technician.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Experience with precision calibration and measurement tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Familiarity with adhesives, sealants, fasteners, and cleanliness principles.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and align structural aerospace components.
• Drill precision holes while maintaining quality tolerances.
• Prepare surfaces for assembly and finishing.
• Fixture components using specialized tooling for accurate alignment.
• Operate calibrated tools to ensure quality and safety.
