Blue Origin in Space Coast, FL is seeking a Technician to fabricate, assemble, and align large aerospace structures from engineering drawings, contributing to production and refurbishment of flight and non-flight hardware. Qualifications

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with precision calibration and measurement tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Familiarity with 5S principles and cleanliness.
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Office).

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and align structural aerospace components per specs.
• Drill precision holes with power feed, track, and hand drills.
• Prepare surfaces; apply sealants, adhesives, paints, primers.
• Fixture components using jigs and tooling for alignment.
• Operate torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers to ensure quality.
• Inspect assemblies and perform repairs or modifications.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain 5S compliant area.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes.
• Manage handling of flight and non‑flight hardware through lifecycle.
• Document work and communicate with engineering and quality teams.
