Job summary

Cirrus in Duluth, MN is seeking an entry-level Structural Assembler TR to learn fabrication and assembly of aircraft control surfaces. On-the-job training will be provided to learn how to fabricate and assemble parts, inspect assemblies, and ensure proper alignment, fit, clearance, and torque.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, using hand tools and rivet equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace following the 6S principle.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembly and using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble aircraft control surfaces per engineering drawings.
• Inspect assemblies for alignment, fit, clearance, torque.
• Read engineering drawings and production illustrations to locate parts.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following 6S principles.
• Attend to overtime as production demands.
