Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft Ltd. in Duluth, MN is seeking an entry-level Structural Assembler TR to learn fabrication and assembly of aircraft control surfaces. You will inspect assemblies, align parts, and ensure proper torque and fit while following drawings and specifications.

On-the-job training provided. You will use hand tools, rivets, drilling equipment, and follow 6S practices to keep work areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry level position.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude to assemble and fabricate aircraft components.
• Demonstrates sound judgement and effective communication.
• Ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble parts per engineering drawings and requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use hand tools, rivets, drilling, and related equipment with care and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow 6S principles.
• Assist team lead and adapt to various production areas as needed.
