Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking an entry-level Structural Assembler TR in Duluth, MN. The role focuses on fabrication, assembly and inspection of aircraft control surfaces, with on-the-job training provided to learn riveting, drilling and fit checks.

You'll work with a team to interpret drawings, ensure alignment and fit, and adhere to 6S principles. The position requires reliability, focus and good communication to support production needs.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools and shop equipment for aircraft components.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply engineering drawings and specs.
• Effective written and verbal communication; sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in fabrication and assembling parts per engineering drawings.
• Learn to use tools for installation of hardware and hardware components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to identify parts and locations.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow 6S principles; wear protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leadership.
