ES3 is seeking a Senior Structural Analysis Engineer to join the Layton, UT area. The role involves performing FEA analyses (Ansys) and fatigue assessments (nCode), designing 3D CAD models (SolidWorks), and conducting repair analyses for aerospace components.

You will develop test fixtures, run prototype validation, and document results while collaborating with a diverse engineering team. The position offers relocation support and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5–15+ years of structural analysis or related experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform FEA using Ansys and FE-based fatigue analysis with nCode.
• Create 3D CAD models with SolidWorks and perform repair analyses.
• Develop test fixtures and prototype validation; document results.
• Prepare technical reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
