Demonstrated project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of standards development processes and governance.

Responsibilities

Develop and promote SAE Aerospace Standards programs in Washington, DC through relationships with key government and industry stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to expand standards initiatives into new technology areas.
Coordinate activities and committees to ensure timely development of standards and related products/services.
Motivate leadership across government and industry partners for effective collaboration.
Build a pipeline of government-funded opportunities expanding SAE standards development.
