Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Sourcing Specialist, Supply Chain in Mason, Ohio. You will manage RFQs, place and track POs, and coordinate with engineering and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of source-controlled tools and parts.

You will analyze delivery risks, drive supplier performance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize costs. A manufacturing background and ERP proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Strong RFQ, PO management, and supplier follow-up experience.
• Proven supplier performance management and on-time delivery focus.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow RFQs and initiate regional RFQs to support sourcing.
• Place POs and align confirmations with delivery dates.
• Manage source-controlled purchases per drawings and specs.
• Track lead times, delivery commitments, and order status.
• Coordinate with Engineering/OEM for alternate suppliers when needed.
• Monitor supplier orders through delivery and escalate issues.
