Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Technical Program Specialist to join its Mason, OH team to support technical inquiries and ensure data accuracy across engine tooling and Ground Support Equipment. You’ll collaborate with OEM partners and customer-facing groups to deliver timely, practical technical support.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, problem solving, and clear communication, with onsite work in Mason, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of aircraft, engine, aviation systems, maintenance, tooling, or related technical product environments.
• Four-year technical degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of progressive experience in a related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret OEM tooling blueprints, drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Experience using commercial or military aero-engine OEM technical publications to support maintenance, repair, overhaul, or technical issue resolution is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, sourcing, order fulfillment, or cross-functional operations is preferred.
• Strong project coordination, planning, facilitation, collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to follow issues through to resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when working with technical documentation, large data sets, and detailed tracking files.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ERP systems such as Epicor is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, technical inquiries, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to partner effectively across technical, operational, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
• Ability to influence through clear communication, sound reasoning, and the ability to articulate purpose, priorities, and business needs.
• Ability to work onsite in Mason, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Review technical inquiries and determine next steps.
• Close inquiries through SPR/CPR/SCQ processes.
• Represent TPM in operations reviews and drive issues to closure.
• Monitor TPM performance via TQR and tracking lists.
• Serve as tech contact with OEM engineering and SEE/NESS communities.
• Track TPM deliverables using Epicor access.
• Maintain engine tool list source data and outputs.
• Identify process improvements with digital tools and lean methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
