Job summary

Innoflight in San Diego is seeking a Hardware Integration & Test Engineer I to support hardware integration, testing, and validation for aerospace products. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in hardware testing, integration, or related engineering role; internship or co-op counts.
• Hands-on familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers).
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot CCAs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test procedures to validate hardware functionality and requirements.
• Design and maintain test fixtures, cables, and interfaces to support testing.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering to configure test setups and prepare products for validation.
• Troubleshoot test failures and perform root cause analysis with senior engineers.
• Improve test coverage, repeatability, and reliability with cross‑functional teams.
• Document results and communicate findings to engineering and project stakeholders.
