Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
• 10+ years designing and/or managing development of digital and mixed-signal products with embedded software.
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Experience managing product development in a regulated industry.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using design, ERP, and project management software tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail; organized; results oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and successfully complete new product development projects across the full lifecycle from concept to production rollout and ongoing support.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to meet schedule, cost, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and product success.
