Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years Aerospace experience.
• Experience with aspects of certification of avionics systems.
• Experience with the development of real time software and/or avionics systems

Responsibilities

• Lead a software development team of 15+ engineers.
• Provide career development and performance feedback for direct reports.
• Provide technical leadership on programs/projects.
• Coordinate and lead 3rd party engineering teams.
• Manage COE development plans with metrics for deviations.
• Forecast software team demand and handle hiring.
• Oversee training on procedures and compliance.
• Provide COE software project development oversight.
• Coordinate COE software projects.
• Foster Honeywell Aerospace's key behaviors.
• Support customer interactions (internal and external).
