The role emphasizes DevSecOps, SSDLC, and compliance with DO-178C/ARP4754. You will collaborate with systems, hardware, cybersecurity, quality, and product teams to meet customer and regulatory objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading software teams or large projects.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing embedded software and RTOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps strategy and CI/CD implementation.
• Drive modernization of legacy apps to cloud-native architectures.
• Define SSDLC practices and security standards.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, cybersecurity, and product teams.
• Ensure DO-178C and related regulatory compliance where applicable.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across programs.
• Promote adoption of cloud platforms, containerization, and AI-assisted development.
