Job summary

Interconnect Wiring in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead daily manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace wiring harness environment.

You will supervise production activities, mentor staff, coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply, and drive Lean initiatives to meet customer requirements while fostering a collaborative, accountable team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3–5 years of leadership in aerospace manufacturing or wiring harness assembly
• Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement exposure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, labor reporting, performance, and policy compliance.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor work to optimize resources and efficiency.
• Coordinate schedules with Quality, Testing, Inventory, and Engineering.
• Conduct team meetings to communicate priorities and initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
• Support coaching, development planning, reviews, and corrective actions.
• Champion quality standards and support QMS requirements.
