Job summary

Interconnect Wiring in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Sheet Metal Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of aerospace sheet metal components. You will develop manufacturing processes, review engineering drawings, and create routings and production documentation to ensure manufacturability and cost‑effectiveness.

The role involves collaborating with design, quality, planning, and customers to ensure schedules are met and parts meet demanding specifications in a fast‑paced aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering and strong knowledge of manufacturing principles.
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, specifications, and 3D CAD models.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication and aerospace drawing requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace sheet metal components and assemblies.
• Review drawings, specs, models, BOMs, and customer requirements to determine the best manufacturing approach.
• Create routings, work instructions, travelers, and production documentation.
